1. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Service.

Account and profile information

We may collect your name, display name, username, email address, profile image, password authentication data, and account preferences. If you sign in or connect an account through a third party such as Google or Discord, we receive identifiers and profile information that the provider makes available with your permission.

Creative content and inputs

We collect the content you submit to, create with, or save in the Service. This can include audio, images, videos, prompts, links, scene data, motion data, 3D assets, titles, thumbnails, previews, generation settings, and generated outputs. We also collect metadata needed to process, organize, deliver, and share that content.

Purchases and subscriptions

We collect information about plans, credits, purchases, subscription status, and related transaction identifiers. Payment card and billing details are collected directly by the applicable payment processor or app store; MVNT receives the information needed to confirm and manage the transaction.

Support and communications

If you contact us or report an issue, we collect your contact details and the information you provide, such as a description, notes, screenshots, the page involved, and device or browser details useful for troubleshooting.

Device and usage information

We may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, app version, language, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, session identifiers, crash or diagnostic data, and information about how you use features. Where required, optional analytics are collected only after your consent.

API and developer information

If you use our APIs, we collect API account information, request and response metadata, usage, rate-limit, security, and billing records. We do not include secret API credentials in public activity records.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide the Service;
• process creative inputs and generate, save, export, and share content you request;
• operate subscriptions, credits, purchases, refunds, and account benefits;
• send service messages, verification emails, support replies, and requested communications;
• understand performance and feature usage and improve the reliability and usability of the Service;
• detect spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms; and
• comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect users, MVNT, and others.

3. AI and media processing

mvntSTUDIO provides AI-assisted dance, motion, 3D, and video tools. When you choose a feature that requires external processing, the creative inputs and technical information needed to complete your request may be sent to specialized AI or media service providers, including current generation partners such as Tripo AI and Kling AI. These providers return generated results or processing status to MVNT.

The feature flow identifies when a request requires external processing, and your request to generate or process content authorizes that transfer for the requested result. We use your content to provide the features you request, maintain and secure the Service, and improve its operation. Do not submit sensitive personal information through prompts or creative files, and only upload content that you are authorized to use.

4. How we share information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use companies that provide cloud hosting, databases, storage, content delivery, authentication, analytics, payments, email, customer support, and AI or media processing. They receive information only as needed to perform services for us, and we require protections consistent with this policy and applicable law.
• At your direction or publicly. If you publish a scene, share a public link, connect a third-party account, or otherwise choose to make content available, the selected content and profile information may be visible to others.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; enforce agreements; or protect the rights and safety of MVNT, our users, or others.
• Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.

MVNT does not sell personal information for money.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, maintain security, store analytics choices, measure usage, and operate the Service. You can manage optional analytics through the choices we provide and can also use browser or device controls. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of information, whether your account is active, the feature involved, and our legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Account content is generally retained while your account remains active or until you delete the content or account. Some transaction, security, and legal records may be kept for longer where required or permitted. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until those backups are overwritten through normal schedules.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections and access controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can review and update certain account and profile information in mvntSTUDIO. You can manage optional analytics choices where those controls are offered, disconnect linked social accounts, and unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions in those messages.

To delete your account and associated account data, sign in and go to Profile → Delete Account. If you cannot log in, use our account deletion request page. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and limited information may be retained as described above.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for using an online service, you may use the Service only with the consent or involvement required by that law. If you believe a child has provided information in violation of this section, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. International transfers

MVNT is based in South Korea and works with service providers in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. We take steps designed to protect information in accordance with applicable law when it is transferred internationally.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required.
